Guest Conduct and Hotel Policies
Parties and gatherings of any kind are prohibited in the hotel rooms. The hotel reserves the right to remove any additional guests occupying the room without prior notice. This booking is non-transferable. If a guest fails to check in on the specified date, a penalty charge equivalent to one night’s stay, including applicable taxes, will be billed to the credit card provided at the time of booking or in accordance with the updated booking conditions.
The hotel has the right to request guests to leave if their behavior is disruptive, endangers others, or violates hotel policies. This includes any failure to follow staff instructions, discriminatory remarks, harassment, or actions that threaten the safety or comfort of other guests. Guests must comply with all hotel health, safety, and security protocols during their stay. Failure to do so may result in immediate eviction without a refund. A valid photo ID must be presented by all guests at the time of check-in. Acceptable documents include an Indian passport, driver’s license, voter ID, or Aadhaar card, while foreign nationals must show their passport and visa.
Guests must maintain cleanliness and hygiene during their stay. It is also important to follow the hotel’s safety and security guidelines. Failure to comply with these standards may result in penalties, and guests will be held liable for any violations. Guests must treat the hotel’s property with care. Any damage or destruction to the hotel’s assets may result in charges to the guest’s account for repair or replacement costs.
If you have any allergies, sensitivities, or intolerances to materials, cleaning products, it is your responsibility to inform hotel management in advance, as the hotel cannot assume responsibility without prior notice. For security, guests can store valuables in the room’s safety deposit box or request to store them at the hotel for which a storage fee may apply. If you wish to store high-value items, you must notify the hotel in advance; the hotel reserves the right to decline storing such items.
While the hotel takes extensive precautions to provide a secure environment, it is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Guests are encouraged to keep their valuables secured. Lost items will be kept in a secure area for a maximum of two months. After this period, unclaimed items will be either discarded or donated to charity. Perishable items found post-check-out will only be retained until the end of the day. Guests can retrieve lost items with valid identification or arrange for them to be mailed at their own expense.
While we strive to make your stay enjoyable, the hotel is not liable for any financial losses, delays, injuries, damages, or inconveniences caused by events beyond our control, such as travel disruptions, strikes, theft, natural disasters, terrorism, accidents, or government actions. Transportation to and from the airport is an additional service provided by the hotel. The hotel is not liable for any incidents or issues that occur during transit
